Tree Warranty Request
Unfortunately, some trees may have problems during the first year after planting. If all necessary planting, watering, and other needs have been met, and the tree is still not surviving, you may be able to use our Tree Warranty Program to replace the dying tree.
Requirements for a Tree Warranty Request
- The tree must have been purchased within 1 year from your Warranty Request.
- The tree must have been planted with standard tree-planting procedures.
- The tree must have received adequate sunlight and the recommended amount of water.
- The tree must be on a working irrigation system and schedule, especially throughout the summer months.
- The tree cannot have been injured by a person, child, animal, or vehicle.
Steps to Request a Tree Warranty
Please email jesse@dbtreecompany.com with the following
- Your Name, Address, and Phone Number.
- Picture(s) of the dying tree(s).
- Purchase invoice number or exact date of purchase.

*Tree losses that occur during extreme freezes in the winter will not be covered under D & B Tree Company's warranty.
*Due to a high volume of replacements, some tree sizes/species may not be available. There may be longer wait times for replacements, and trees may have to replaced with a different species that is equal to size and value.
